Tank body and access features
The reference tank uses 6 mm Q235B steel plate with internal reinforcement. A top guardrail, ladder and side platforms support access and hose handling. Three inspection windows on the rear tank head help the operator observe the suction condition and reduce the risk of unnoticed blockage during operation.
For unloading and cleaning, the tank can be raised by an underbody hydraulic cylinder at an angle of at least 45 degrees. The hydraulic rear door opens to at least 60 degrees. Two manual locking hooks are used on this compact configuration.
The tank interior can be finished with epoxy anti-corrosion coating, followed by an external anti-corrosion topcoat. Tank material and coating should always be reviewed against the actual waste medium, especially where the liquid is corrosive or chemically aggressive.
Standard rotary vane vacuum pump option
The standard configuration uses a rotary vane vacuum pump with 68 L/s airflow and a stated vacuum level of up to 92%. It is suitable for routine sewage, septic and sludge collection where the operating conditions fit the pump's application range.
The vacuum system includes primary and secondary overflow protection, as well as water-vapor and oil-gas separation. These components help protect the vacuum pump and support steadier work during normal collection operations.
The stated vertical suction depth is up to 8 m. Actual suction performance depends on hose diameter and length, material density, lift, temperature, altitude and the condition of the vacuum system. It should therefore be treated as a reference, not a guaranteed result for every job site.
Optional water ring vacuum pump system
A water ring vacuum pump system can be selected where the operating medium or working method calls for it. The reference option uses an SK-9 water ring vacuum pump driven through the side PTO, with approximately 450 m3/h airflow and a stated vacuum level of up to 93%.
This option includes a water-cooling circulation system, an independent circulation water tank, four-way valve, piping and overflow protection. Under reference conditions using water as the medium, the tank filling time is stated as no more than five minutes. Real filling time will vary with the material being collected and the working setup.
There is no single best vacuum pump for every buyer. A rotary vane pump and a water ring pump should be chosen according to the material, duty cycle, maintenance preference, local water availability and the required suction performance.
Suction, discharge and hydraulic operation
The rear tank head is configured with a DN100 discharge port and a DN100 suction port. A buffer plate inside the suction port helps reduce the direct impact of incoming debris on the tank body.
The truck provides self-suction and self-discharge functions through a fully sealed pressure tank. Its hydraulic system includes a hydraulic oil pump, integrated multi-way control valve, oil tank and filtration. The hydraulic system operates tank lifting and rear-door opening and closing in a controlled manner.
