A mobile sludge treatment truck is built for customers who need to extract, condition, press and separate sludge at the job site. It reduces high-moisture sludge into mud cake and supports wastewater recycling or follow-up discharge handling.
Sludge Extraction
Slurry pump, feed pipeline and dosing system move sludge or construction slurry into the treatment process for continuous site operation.
Filter Press Dewatering
The 263 m² plate-and-frame filter press separates water from sludge and forms transportable mud cake for disposal or further handling.
Chemical Conditioning
Stainless mixing and flocculation tanks help prepare the sludge before pressing, improving separation performance for suitable materials.
