Production Process
From tank fabrication to final vehicle inspection
A cleaning or suction truck is not only a chassis with a tank. The working result depends on tank structure, vacuum pipeline, pump matching, hydraulic operation and final testing.
Tank & steel preparation
Steel plate cutting, rolling, forming and welding preparation according to tank volume and material.
Tank welding & structure
Tank body, rear door, partitions, supports and anti-corrosion structure are fabricated.
Pump and pipeline assembly
Vacuum pump, high pressure pump, suction pipe, hose reel and valves are installed.
