For many buyers, the tank body is the most expensive long-term decision. We select carbon steel or stainless steel according to sewage acidity, industrial liquid, cleaning frequency, local climate and budget.






Choose the pump by material, suction distance and working temperature.
The pump is the heart of the truck. A septic tank service truck, dry-wet vacuum loader and high-temperature industrial project should not be quoted with the same pump logic.
Used in heavy semi-trailer suction configurations, with documented deep-suction vacuum level around 92-93% and strong continuous-duty capability.
Documented with 910 m3/h airflow and up to 9 m vertical suction depth, suitable for sewage, sludge and industrial suction trucks.
Used on heavy-duty combined jetting and vacuum tankers, around 3400 m3/h, with water-ring cooling advantage for 50?C+ ambient conditions.
For dry / wet dual-purpose vacuum systems where dust, sludge and semi-dry material require filtration and air-cooled suction performance.
Documented dry-wet vehicle configuration uses cyclone separator, linear separator, dust filter bag and metal filter cartridge protection.
Examples include 160 bar / 370 L/min and 200 bar / 70 L/min configurations, matched with water tank, hose reel and nozzle package.
The small parts protect the expensive tank and pump.
For spare parts and upper-body projects, we check the connection size, material, sealing method and safety devices before quoting. This avoids mismatched flanges, wrong valve materials and pump damage from overflow.
