Supply Scope

Build or repair the upper body from the tank outward.

We configure the upper body as a working system, not as separate loose parts. Tank material, vacuum pump type, clean water capacity, suction pipeline, discharge method and safety protection are matched to the waste medium, operating distance and local service conditions.

Vacuum tank bodies

Truck-mounted or semi-trailer tanks with hydraulic rear door, tank lifting, internal baffles, access ports, level windows and reinforcement hoops.

Tank Material Selection

The tank choice decides service life, payload and corrosion risk.

For many buyers, the tank body is the most expensive long-term decision. We select carbon steel or stainless steel according to sewage acidity, industrial liquid, cleaning frequency, local climate and budget.

Vacuum Pump Systems

Choose the pump by material, suction distance and working temperature.

The pump is the heart of the truck. A septic tank service truck, dry-wet vacuum loader and high-temperature industrial project should not be quoted with the same pump logic.

The small parts protect the expensive tank and pump.

For spare parts and upper-body projects, we check the connection size, material, sealing method and safety devices before quoting. This avoids mismatched flanges, wrong valve materials and pump damage from overflow.

Suction and discharge packageCommon references include DN100 stainless material inlet, DN150 stainless discharge port, 4-inch suction inlet, 6-inch discharge outlet, 5 m unloading pipe and multiple 10 m suction hoses.
Anti-overflow protectionPrimary and secondary shut-off valves, cyclone overflow prevention, liquid-level warning and metal filter protection help stop sewage, foam and solids from entering the vacuum pump.
Pressure safetyPositive / negative pressure relief valves, vacuum relief valve, pressure gauge and overpressure protection are selected according to tank structure and unloading method.
